Q Group Middle East was established in Dubai in 2018 as a Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone Company. Together with its independent sister companies in Zurich and Singapore, it forms a strategic network delivering a broad range of fiduciary, consultancy, and financial services across key international centres. The group’s roots date to 1995, and that depth of experience informs every client relationship we carry today. Drawing on profound specialist knowledge, long-standing global relationships, and genuine independence from institutional interests, Q Group Middle East is positioned as a unique independent financial advisor in the region. Quadris Group
Foundation of the group in Switzerland, establishing the basis for an international advisory and fiduciary platform focused on cross-border solutions.

Our Principals
Over six decades of combined experience in trust, fiduciary and wealth management.
Francesco brings over three decades of experience in international trust and fiduciary services. He began his career in the Swiss financial industry, serving high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across German, Italian, French and English-speaking markets, ultimately reaching Vice President level at Credit Suisse Fides Trust AG.
As co-founder and Chairman of Q Group since 1995, he provides strategic leadership and deep industry insight, combining the discipline of Swiss private banking with the entrepreneurial perspective gained from guiding an international group through three decades of growth and change.
Raphael combines rigorous academic training with broad frontline experience across audit, insurance and international wealth structuring. A graduate of the University of St. Gallen with a specialisation in Risk Management and Financial Services, he is a qualified Swiss CPA and member of EXPERTsuisse.
Having worked with PwC, Swiss Life and a Liechtenstein insurance start-up before joining Q Group, Raphael brings a rare cross-sector perspective to complex mandates. He has led the group's international client practice since 2012 and its day-to-day operations since 2016. He advises in German, English and Italian.

Q Trustees is a FINMA-licensed trust company providing bespoke trustee and foundation services, with a mandate to protect assets and preserve legacies across generations.
Q Group Middle East is based in Dubai and provides structuring consultancy and coordination services to private clients and family offices across the Middle East and internationally.
Q Group Asia is based in Singapore and coordinates complex cross-border structuring & fiduciary services for private clients and family offices across the APAC region.
Regulatory Framework
Q Group Middle East FZCO is licensed by the Dubai World Trade Centre. Regulated fiduciary, trust, and corporate administration services are delivered through Q Group’s licensed entities in Switzerland and Singapore. Q Group Middle East acts as the client relationship and project management point for all such services.
